The Labour Law News conference, to be hosted in Johannesburg on 26 June 2025, is one of the most important events in the South African labour law calendar.

The keynote address will be presented by Judge Mahomed Navsa (retired Judge of the Supreme Court of Appeal and former Acting Judge of the Constitutional Court). Judge Navsa authored the well-known Sidumo judgment regarding the test to be applied in review applications. His keynote address will reflect on the legacy of the Sidumo judgment.
