Registration is now open for the Labour Law News Conference to be held at Focus Rooms in Johannesburg on 26 June 2025.
The keynote address will be presented by Judge Mahomed Navsa (retired Judge of the Supreme Court of Appeal and former Acting Judge of the Constitutional Court). Judge Navsa authored the well-known Sidumo judgment regarding the test to be applied in review applications. His keynote address will reflect on the legacy of the Sidumo judgment.
The programme will also feature:

- A Panel of Experts addressing critical issues facing employers today, featuring Nadeem Mahomed (Director: Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr), Melanie Hart (Director: Beech Veltman Inc), Yvonne Mkefa (Director: Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyr), Sbu Dube (Partner: Bowmans) and Venolan Naidoo (Partner: Fasken).
