Keynote Address by Judge Mahomed Navsa
The highlight of the day was the keynote address delivered by the esteemed Judge Mahomed Navsa (retired Judge of the Supreme Court of Appeal and former Acting Judge of the Constitutional Court). Judge Navsa’s address provided a reflective and insightful analysis of the Sidumo judgment, a landmark ruling he authored that continues to find application in the Labour Courts on a daily basis.

The programme featured a series of expert-led sessions, each addressing contemporary issues and providing forward-thinking solutions.
